My Introduction To Intensive Pre-train

If you are a bodybuilder or an athlete then you must be familiar with the essential requirement of pre-workout before heading to your gym or practice. Since I am a powerlifter, I have tried dozens of pre-workouts.

I was able to stick to none of them because every drink left a disgusting taste on my tongue. Also, a few left a very foul aftertaste which became very distracting while working out. Sometimes I felt nauseous and sometimes ended up throwing up.

A friend of mine who knew my condition regarding pre-workouts in the gym suggested that I should try consuming Intensive Pre-Train by Crazy Nutrition as this is a new pre-workout substance and I might like the taste as well.

He mentioned that it has 3 different flavors. As a result, I can pick any flavor I want to and get rid of any bad taste or aftertaste.

I thought he was kidding me but when I went to the official website of CrazyNutrition, I found that there were 3 flavors- Blue Raspberry, Green Apple, and Fruit Punch.

My friend said that it is packed with ingredients that boost the energy in the body and help in staying alert and focused during the workouts. It even helps in improving performance by strengthening muscles and reducing the recovery times.

According to him, it lowers the fatigue and soreness in muscles and I may be able to stack more weight on my workouts as well as extend my hours of practicing and working out. This would eventually improve my physical performance too.

He affirmed that the product has benefitted him, it gave him his desired results, and most of his friends use it too therefore, it might give him expected results too.

My Journey With Intensive Pre-Train

On my way back home, I logged onto the website again and ordered a container of Intensive Pre-Train Fruit Punch flavor. I received the product and to my surprise the taste was good.

After consuming the drink it took a few minutes for it to kick in and charged my body with energy. I felt my energy and it was pretty decent. I could feel the change as it was not something that I used to observe on a general basis.

With the regular consumption was able to perform an even more intense workout that day.

I felt no jitters or an awful aftertaste due to which I was able to maintain my focus on my exercises. After a few days of consumption, there was a noticeable change in my strength and endurance during my resistance training.

My performance was improving, I was lifting heavier weights and adding reps and sets to my workouts. At the same time, finally, I was able to concentrate on my gym schedule.

Besides all these, I was able to extend my working-out time without putting in any extra effort.

Intensive Pre-Train helped me in adding inches to my biceps and triceps while it also handled my improper symptoms of metabolism. Since the time, I am consuming Intensive Pre-Train I have noticed that there have been zero episodes of improper bowel movements.

The good part of consuming this product is that it reduces the pain, soreness, or fatigue in my muscles post-workout as well and has also reduced my recovery time during the workout.

Also, what I have observed is that the product lightens my mood and reduces stress during the intense workout and training sessions as well as maintains the hydration level of my body, and does not make me vomit.

Presently, I am working on adding more inches to my muscles and Intensive Pre-Train is constant support and has caused no damage to my health so far.

Having said all that, Intensive Pre-Train has been a decent substance for me for this very reason, I am planning to add Mass Gainer from Crazy Nutrition as well for meeting my daily protein requirements.
